Product Research & Development Chemist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Research & Development Chemist to join our team at Cathay Investments.

The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in polymer chemistry, materials science, or a related field, with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of polyacrylate, UPR, and composite materials.

With a minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in an industrial setting, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities will include leading research projects aimed at improving production processes and materials, analysing data and results to identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and contributing to the development of new products and applications based on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements:
