Data Analytics Specialist for Financial Growth

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our Finance team at Schiphol Group. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the financial performance of the company by analyzing and visualizing data.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Helping business stakeholders identify their functional data needs
- Exploring available data to help our business define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Designing and building dashboards in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Developing dashboards with insights that support decision-making in performance management
- Managing day-to-day progress of projects, proactively communicating with stakeholders, and working with experts from various disciplines
- Supporting and training business users in effectively using dashboards and data for self-service purposes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a front-end developer
- Extensive experience in building Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with Microsoft Power BI
- Fluent in DAX and proficient in SQL
- Experience working in an Agile DevOps team
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts, such as ETL/ELT and star schemas
- Good communicative skills in both Dutch and English
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A gross monthly salary ranging from €4,744 to €6,582 (Schaal 12)
- A 13th month (year-end bonus)
- The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week
- Participation in the ABP pension fund
