About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Trainee. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager with various managerial tasks, including room inspections, schedule management, and coordination with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations, including room checks and schedule management
  • Coordinate with the Technical department and Front Office to ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in our services
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Requirements
  • Enrolled in a hospitality or facility management study
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
