About the Role
At DP World, we are currently seeking a Logistics Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, handling their requests, and ensuring seamless order processing from start to finish.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage orders, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
- Work closely with our subcontractors and WH & Customs teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- MBO 4/HBO degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Proficient in Dutch and English languages.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable role in a leading logistics provider.
