About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Lead to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Cluster Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of specific regulatory use cases attached to a cluster, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver regulatory use cases attached to a cluster, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage clusters of change initiatives for prioritization, in alignment with Credit Chain and CCOC.
  • Develop and maintain a flexible cluster structure, modifying it based on priorities and new activities.
  • Apply deep content knowledge and change management expertise in managing underlying programmes in scope of FCD.
  • Ensure regulatory value of programme deliveries via managing individual programmes as clusters around specific regulatory use-cases.
  • Communicate and manage requests from initiatives towards the Finance and Risk GRIDs to strengthen initiative planning.
  • Ensure high standards of quality assurance on roadmaps.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with in-depth knowledge of their area of attention, as well as substantive portfolio management and business line expertise. You should be responsible for optimising processes and procedures within your area of attention, in line with external legislation and rules, and internal policies.

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Academic education level.
  • Understanding of credit risk and regulation.
  • At least ten years of relevant lending experience.
  • At least five years of managerial experience.

In addition, you should have in-depth knowledge of a broad range of lending products, general knowledge of other banking products and services, in-depth experience with change management, knowledge of macro-economic and external market developments, and deep knowledge of customer journeys and process optimisation.

You should also be skilled in stakeholder management, inspire and enable others around the Why and What of the ABN AMRO purpose and strategy, and have proven leadership skills, including leading change, communicating explicitly what must change, why changes are necessary, and what desired outcomes will be.
