Key Responsibilities- Prepare and organize the first workday for new employees, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Assist in learning and improving tasks related to warehouse work, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor the progress of new employees, providing feedback and coaching to help them succeed.
- Collaborate with the team and supervisors to optimize onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Experience in training and onboarding new employees is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-reliance and initiative in actions, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
