Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager with Panda International, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality leadership across European warehouse operations. Your focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop, implement, and optimize quality management systems (QMS) across multiple European warehouses. You will collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, IT, regulatory, and operations teams to embed best practices in warehouse quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead warehouse & distribution quality projects, aligning with global standards.
- Develop & maintain QMS for European warehouses, ensuring ISO compliance.
- Standardize quality control procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Implement & improve traceability systems to track products from receipt to dispatch.
- Monitor QMS effectiveness through audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT, warehouse management, & regulatory teams to integrate compliance.
- Develop & deliver training programs to promote a quality-driven culture.
- Report to senior management, presenting key quality metrics and improvement plans.
About the Role:
You will have 8+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics, with 5+ years in quality leadership (MedTech or Pharma preferred). A Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field is also required.
