Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bell Attendant to provide exceptional guest service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide a warm smile
• Assist guests with carrying luggage
• Park and move guests' cars as needed
• Answer any queries guests may have
• Provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Great language and communication skills in English and Dutch
• Ability to carry luggage and perform physical tasks
• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
