Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with colleagues from procurement and warehouse departments to review discrepancies before processing invoices.
- Process incoming invoices and serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding payment inquiries or reminders.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to the Accounts Payable process, including adding new bank details for suppliers and reviewing and updating the supplier ledger account.
- Enjoy working with numbers and possess strong attention to detail.
- Hold a financial education or have several years of experience in a financial department.
- Be fluent in English, with knowledge of German highly desirable.
