Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and identifying profit opportunities
  • Develop and communicate daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to enhance store performance
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance by analyzing reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans
  • Manage costs and store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and rota's
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
  • Take charge of the store in the Store Manager's absence
  • Maintain strong visual standards across the store

About You:

  • You possess strong customer service skills and experience in leading and developing a team
  • You have experience working towards and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment
