Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Royal Terberg Group. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining maintenance instructions and standard time registration.

• Develop and maintain maintenance instructions and standard time registration
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the service process at distributors by standardizing work activities
• Inventorize, standardize, and record preventive and corrective maintenance for the Terberg product portfolio
• Facilitate and manage Standard Repair Times (SRT) for maintenance and repair, and prioritize work order in consultation with distributors
• Plan work activities according to the engineering roadmap, maintain relationships with distributors, monitor agreed actions, implement improvement proposals, and make adjustments to documentation
• Ensure the correct use and daily maintenance of machines and tools, and maintain a clean and safe work environment

• HBO work and thinking level with specific knowledge of automotive technology and components from suppliers
• Good command of the English language in writing and speaking
• Proficiency in German is an asset
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on available information
• Accurate and detail-oriented with complex tasks and questions
• Good communication skills and ability to advise and instruct
