Supply Chain Optimization Lead

Job Summary
Nutreco is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Lead to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in synchronizing sales and operations activities across our EU Global Supply Points.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of our S&OP process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align sales forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and customer demand.
- Create a Supply Network Plan for our two main Global products Feed Additives and YAF, based on a 1-15 months' time horizon, providing scenarios to determine the best option to maintain supply, balancing total Supply Chain cost and Customer Service.
- Manage the monthly S&OP drumbeat, preparing and facilitating the monthly supply review and executive meeting.
- Monitor progress against the plan through frequent contact with stakeholders, including Production & Material Planning, Supply Points/Plant teams, Customer Services, and other Supply Network Planners.
- Maintain Supply Network planning master data, systems, and software, and monitor/analyze trends to enhance the forecast.
- Propose improvements to the planning process and implement them.
- Lead and/or participate in projects to improve End-2-End Supply Chain reliability and planning processes, collaborating with key customer planning teams to develop collaborative and integrated planning.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree.
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience within a bigger supply chain organization.
- Fluent in English, preferably also Dutch.
