About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Store Employee to join our team at Lidl Nederland in Oostburg. As a Store Employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals, including participating in visual merchandising and promoting products
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and making bank deposits
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• 16 years or older
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
