Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at VDL Weweler. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing complex equipment issues and performing maintenance tasks to ensure optimal production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and components.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of complex equipment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations, including APQP, FMEA, and MSA.
