Position Summary:

The role of a Project Manager is pivotal, acting as the essential link that integrates all facets of a construction project. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial design through to final completion, ensuring that every aspect aligns with client expectations and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project planning and scheduling;
  • Design coordination and oversight;
  • Budget management and financial oversight;
  • Contract negotiation and administration;
  • Leadership and team management;
  • Risk assessment and mitigation;
  • Quality control and assurance;
  • Effective communication with stakeholders;
  • Compliance with regulatory standards;
  • Project delivery and closure;
  • Post-project analysis and evaluation.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a Project Manager who possesses:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity;
  • A degree in engineering or a related field;
  • Experience managing design and build projects exceeding €30 million;
  • Fluency in English.
