We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Lineas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
