Job Summary
Kyocera Senco is seeking an Automation Specialist to drive innovation and growth in the industry automation segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and detailing pneumatic and mechatronic systems, as well as collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Design, develop, and detail pneumatic and mechatronic systems
- Ensure European compliance with all automation tools and machines
- Provide training and support to production, technical service, sales, and customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering or industrial automation
- Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering and product development
- Strong knowledge of control systems and measurement and control technology
- Good communication skills in English
- Confident, dynamic, and digital-first mindset
