We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our esteemed kitchen team at the Amstel Hotel. As a culinary expert, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Craft Delicious Dishes: Prepare and present dishes that align with our menu and concept, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure the freshness, preparation techniques, and storage of all ingredients meet our high standards.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee the quality and hygiene of all dishes served, upholding the highest standards of food safety.
- Demonstrate Your Culinary Talent: Execute cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing, and presentation with precision and creativity.
- Manage Inventory: Order and manage stock using daily inventory lists, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Train and Mentor: Guide and develop trainees and apprentices, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
