About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at HSD Campus. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of our cloud-based systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tooling to automate processes and improve system reliability
  • Monitor and analyze production environments to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure clarity in requirements and identify potential improvements
  • Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline and scale applications in the production environment
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to application deployment and operational usage
  • Secure applications and infrastructures by managing certificates, assessing encryption and authentication mechanisms, and managing credentials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably a Master's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proven track record in system reliability and infrastructure management
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with automation and provisioning tools like Helm and Ansible
  • Expertise with cloud services such as MS Azure, AWS, and GCP
  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management mechanisms such as OpenID
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of monitoring systems such as Graylog, Grafana, and Prometheus
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling, preferably Azure DevOps CI
  • Ability to take ownership and support the team through all situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
