About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and EHS Manager to join our team at Fluke. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001
- Oversee the implementation of environmental, health and safety policies and procedures across all departments
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement
- Lead the Quality Assurance team to improve quality and efficiency
- Manage the staffing and workload to effectively maintain flow for incoming inspections
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in quality and EHS management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
