**About the Role**
DP World Australia is seeking a highly skilled QEHS Engineer to join our team. As a QEHS Engineer, you will be responsible for driving excellence in Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety across our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement quality inspection procedures, methods, and sampling plans to meet performance metrics and customer specifications.
- Provide expert advice to management and stakeholders on maintaining up-to-date internal procedures, laws, regulations, customer wishes, and internal improvement processes.
- Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits, risk assessments, and external audits such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.
- Manage corrective and preventive action programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify and report potential and existing quality issues.
- Lead QEHS walks, analyze outcomes, and implement improvement actions.
- Drive operational EHS topics and QEHS awareness within the organization.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality or related field with additional qualifications in Safety.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience with ISO9001 and ISO14001.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English (spoken, reading, and writing).
- Experience with BHV and Lead BHV (or willingness to become Lead BHV) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and excellent problem-solving skills.
