About the Role

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in design and UX, fostering an environment of collaboration and open communication.
  • Work closely with UX designers, product managers, development leads, and other stakeholders to drive strategic ambitions forward.
  • Continuously assess the design system's efficiency, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adapt communication style to suit different audiences, from technical discussions to business-focused conversations.
  • Motivate team members, provide coaching on coding standards, testing, and quality assurance, and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.

Your Background

  • Possess passion and experience with design systems, ideally with a few years of managing front-end developers and building front-end applications.
  • Demonstrate a strategic mentality, comfortable thinking ahead, and great management and team development skills.
  • Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to talk to tech and non-tech stakeholders, and understand working in a global organization.

Compensation

Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
