About the Role

ING Wholesale Banking is seeking a seasoned Domain Architect to join our team. As a key member of the Financial Markets & Group Treasury Tribe, you will play a vital role in shaping the architecture of our Wholesale Banking Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relevant architectural artifacts, including application architectures, roadmaps, and data models.
  • Facilitate efficient architecture delivery and support the FMGT Tribe and business by providing impactful architecture on cross-domain and end-to-end complex environments.
  • Work with Tech and business representatives to create a logical target architecture, taking requirements, ING standards, and standard solutions into account.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate the logical architecture into technical/solution architecture.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT architect or similar IT function.
  • Domain knowledge: excellent understanding of Financial Markets products and business processes.
  • Experience in working in a highly regulated environment (e.g., financial institutions).
  • Curious mindset: up-to-date with architecture trends and market development (vendors, other financial institutions).
