Reliability Engineer Leader

Are you a seasoned reliability engineer with a passion for leadership? We are seeking an experienced Chapter Lead to join our Reliability & Infrastructure Engineering team at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam.
About the RoleIn this challenging role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, ensuring that we deliver high-quality IT solutions and meet the evolving needs of our business stakeholders. You will work closely with various departments to align our technical implementation with regulatory and compliance expectations.
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise in Azure Cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering, as well as excellent communication and coaching skills. Your ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and development will be essential in driving the growth and success of our team.
About the TeamThe Reliability & Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability. Our goal is to create a seamless user experience for our customers while ensuring the integrity and security of our systems.
Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, and Azure Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Tower Dashboard, operational KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying services with a focus on high availability and low latency.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a gross monthly salary of €8,500, plus benefits such as vacation pay, benefit budget, five weeks of vacation per year, personal development budget, and an annual public transport pass.
