QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group with a Business Development / Sales Manager (Director) position available. This business is a niche, fast growth leader in providing solutions to Beverage and Food Groups.
The company requires a proven Business Developer/Sales Manager with a focus on the Benelux region who can create and drive customer strategy to maximize sales growth. Reporting to the VP of the region, they value someone with a development/commercial mindset. It is critical that the successful candidate has an understanding of working and building relationships with complex food groups.
About the Role:
You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives
About You:
