About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Communicate with guests and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in housekeeping and sustainability practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is highly desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Basic knowledge of sustainability practices and principles is preferred.
