We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer to join our team at Bekaert. As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions and products through expert knowledge of heat pumps.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of heat pump systems and components.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and market trends to maintain our technological leadership.
- Initiate and lead research initiatives related to product portfolios, design rules, and new concepts.
- Contribute to the development of concepts and products, focusing on both short-term and long-term technological goals.
- Develop and protect intellectual property related to our products.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge on heat pumps.
- Communicate and document results in a clear and professional manner.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced R&D Engineer with a strong background in mechanics, electrics, or energy.
