We are looking for a skilled Project Manager Technical Training & Education to join our team at Boels. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying the training needs of our technical staff and developing a plan to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a training program for our technical staff to improve their knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with our partners to standardize and expand technical training for our staff.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in training to improve our organization.
- Develop a short-term and long-term plan for technical training aligned with our fleet.
- Establish and maintain standards (processes, policies) to maintain a professional service level.
- Provide knowledge and support to process stakeholders within the specific business process area.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent language skills in Dutch, German, and English.
- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, and rental software.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
