Project Engineer: Technical Lead for Construction Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to spearhead the technical aspects of our construction projects. As a trusted expert, you will oversee the design and planning phases, ensuring seamless collaboration with architects and engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Design Management: Develop and implement comprehensive designs that meet stringent requirements and standards, working closely with subject matter experts.
- Project Planning: Craft detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Contract Administration: Negotiate and manage contracts with stakeholders, ensuring timely revisions and compliance with engineering and safety regulations.
- Coordination: Foster effective communication among teams, suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies, streamlining project workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits, implementing quality control measures and addressing any deviations or concerns.
- Post-Construction: Oversee testing, handover, and ensure proper functioning of completed projects.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Educational Background: Degree in engineering, with a strong foundation in relevant fields.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive Salary: EUR 4,000 - 5,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
