Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Marken, a leading provider of clinical drug product storage and distribution services. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the movement of cell and gene shipments through our network and that of our parent company, UPS.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and operational support for cell and gene shipments
- Work closely with Project Managers and global branches to facilitate shipments and tracking
- Proactively identify and mitigate delays and risks
- Monitor shipments and provide daily tracking reports to clients
- Assist with billing and logistics inquiries
- Attend internal and client-facing calls/meetings to provide support
- Act as a point of contact for client logistics teams
- Update activities and milestones in project plans
- Ensure compliance with client-specific paperwork and regulations
Requirements:
- Associate degree or 4-year degree in a relevant field
- 3 years of experience in the Pharma, Medicine, or Logistics industries
- Strong knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
