Supply Chain Procurement Manager

Job Summary
Damen Shipyards is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Procurement Manager to join its team in Gorinchem. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project Supply Chain team, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services under optimal conditions, and making suggestions for purchasing alternatives and developing new suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
• Leading the project Supply Chain team supporting the Project Manager
• Responsible for realizing the procurement of various goods and services for different newbuilding projects
• QLTCR responsible for the supply chain activities of the project
• Proactively making suggestions for purchasing alternatives within the project team

Requirements
• Completed technical and/or commercial Bachelor's degree
• NEVI I and preferable NEVI II
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience within Naval Architecture / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
