We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Features to join our team at Global Experience Specialists. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for project managing senior-level projects for exhibition organizers, from brief to execution, in various formats including system builds and traditional construction with associated graphics systems.
Key Responsibilities- Accept feature briefs from the account management team and directly from clients, and create quotations using dedicated project management software.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for briefing the creative team, preparing quotations, and producing work orders.
- Process feature requirements and create work orders using dedicated project management software.
- Keep all communications up to date and accessible on server.
- Communicate effectively with Graphics Project Managers and the Production department, and stay updated with deadline/schedule changes.
- Appoint and manage external suppliers as required.
- Keep all files backed up in the correct format and archived in line with departmental procedures.
- Be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
We are looking for a candidate with a certified Project Manager qualification or degree equivalent and experience within the exhibition and events industry. You will have native or professional proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday – 5pm, with occasional evening and weekend work during busy periods. Our holiday entitlement is [insert number] days per annum, plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays.
