Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Employee to join our team in Eindhoven. As an Inside Sales Employee, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies;
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Professional and intellectual ability at an MBO+ or Bachelor's degree level;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in a sales or business development role;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional business proficiency in EU languages a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good basic salary, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions;
- 25 days of annual leave, plus additional days for holidays and sick leave;
- 50% of pension contributions paid by the company;
