We're looking for a Process Optimization Specialist to join our Digital Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to drive technological advancements in the industry and work with a dynamic team of experts.
Your role will involve identifying internal operational processes, documenting and assessing them, and registering gaps and pain points in close dialogue with process owners and subject matter experts.
You'll also collect and document business requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in project life cycle activities such as planning, scoping, solution design, implementation, and outcome assessment.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a bachelor or master student in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for process modeling is also required.
A curious and motivated self-starter with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset is essential for this position.
Solid analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are also necessary, as well as being detail-oriented and enjoying working with data.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
