Project Controller

Boskalis, a leading global dredging and marine contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Project Controller to join our Offshore Energy division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring project progress and providing financial insights to the Senior Project Controller and Project Manager.
- Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports and budget control reports.
- Identifying, managing, and reporting risks, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
- Monitoring and managing cash flows, claims, and variation orders.
- Ensuring high-quality and timely tax reporting and handling local tax-related obligations.
- Providing support during annual financial audits.
As part of our ongoing transformation agenda, you will have the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives within Offshore Energy Finance, directly impacting our business operations. You will also build your network within the Boskalis organization, reporting directly to the CFO of Offshore Energy.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Controller or similar finance role in a complex environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a team, build relationships with financial and operational colleagues, and handle stress.
- Flexibility with regards to potential overseas work periods.
