About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to drive the product vision for our Flagship Digital Experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for boosting engagement, leads, and conversions by creating a seamless online experience that offers easy access to product information, thought leadership, and learning tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end digital experience of our professional journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our audience.
  • Enable new templates, functionalities, and continuous improvements of our professional audiences' experience, driving impact for our Personal Health business and Regions.
  • Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the business and regions for our professional and payer-related digital demand, bringing transparency and measuring impact.
  • Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to ensure SQL (Sales Qualified Lead), MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) growth, driving NPS improvements (Net Promoter Score), and improving our customer experience.
  • Set priorities for the digital capabilities that need to be built based on value and effort to boost our key business KPIs (such as professional recommendations).
  • Align with internal teams across our Philips organization to define an optimized end-to-end journey and drive the required improvements to develop a professional one-stop-shop experience.

You'll Thrive in This Role if You:

  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or comparable practical experience.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a B2C/B2B Product owner or in a program manager role.
  • Have demonstrated experience with (web) Experience and e-Commerce platforms, and ideally familiar with headless solutions (e.g. Content Management System) and MACH principles.
  • Have proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Azure).
  • Have demonstrated ability to manage priorities and tasks across multiple projects.
  • Have the ability to interpret and report on performance of website, advise and make recommendations to business stakeholders at various levels in the organisation.
  • Have fluency in Business English.
  • Have Consumer/Professional Healthcare industry experience as an advantage.
