- Independently execute modifications and tasks on the vehicles.
- Assemble various components and systems within the vehicles, including the door mechanisms, climate control systems, and drive systems.
- Identify potential improvements and communicate them to the Workshop Manager.
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure timely readiness of all vehicles.
- Possess a vocational education (MBO) with a technical focus.
- Ideally, you have completed the initial Automotive Technician training or are currently enrolled in a BBL program.
- 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Technology is advantageous.
- Familiarity with measurement and testing instruments is essential.
- Basic understanding of Electronics, Mechanics, and Hydraulics; knowledge of High Voltage systems is a plus.
- A background in or enthusiasm for the automotive sector is preferred.
- Demonstrate a results-driven mindset and a critical approach to your work.
- Exhibit flexibility and precision in your tasks.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and a good sense of humor.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
