About the Role

We're looking for a talented Sales Associate to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment
