Job Description
We're seeking a CSA Quality Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all civil construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications, plans, and codes. You'll work closely with our quality and project managers to develop and implement corrective action plans, and communicate quality control and site issues to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
- Identify and seek resolution of quality issues.
- Supervise inspections and witness testing to verify that works are meeting standards.
- Validate and maintain quality control on the project platform.
- Work with the project team to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Communicate quality control and site issues to the quality and project managers.
- Assist in the verification of progress claimed by contractors.
- Maintain a daily site diary for progress.
- Represent the OR in trade-to-trade handovers.
- Cooperate with the QM in the deployment of the Quality Team duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervising capacity on large-scale construction projects.
- VCA-VOL or SSSTS, CSCS, Safe pass.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication.
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, including providing well-thought-out solutions.
- Full fluency in English - Dutch is a nice to have.
