About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our team at 6004 Warner Bros. Entertainment Nederland B.V. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our people strategies, ensuring that our organization remains a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
- Design and deliver training programs to support the development of our employees, focusing on areas such as leadership, communication, and diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring that our people strategies are aligned with our business objectives.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions, using data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our people initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders across the organization.
