Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Line Support Engineer to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing quality solutions for technical disturbances and ensuring the delivery performance of our Motion actuators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the first line of production by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the actuator assembly process.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences.
  • Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and timing of solutions.
  • Transfer knowledge and best practices to other team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective problem analysis and continuity.
  • Take initiative to execute plans and undertake actions to resolve technical issues.
  • Focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems and perceive problems from multiple angles.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Automotive, or Aerospace.
  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience in a technical production environment.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, analyzing problems, and finding root causes.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methods.
  • Experience in problem analysis of products and processes.

  • Full-time position available.
