About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in the Renewable and Datacenter Segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating leads and opportunities in the Benelux segment, collaborating with the tender team to create project proposals and quotations, and negotiating and signing commercial and legal agreements with clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate leads and opportunities in the Benelux segment
- Collaborate with the tender team to create project proposals and quotations
- Negotiate and sign commercial and legal agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Manage marketing, communications, and promotion
- Implement Hitachi Energy's strategy in Benelux
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Coordinate and report to local management and segment leaders
Your Background
- You hold a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and affinity for the high-voltage sector
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the segment, preferably
- Strong knowledge of IT tools
- You possess analytical, customer-oriented, proactive, and commercial skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- You are fluent in Dutch, English (both written and spoken), and French is optional
