What We Offer

As a Procurement Strategist at Venco, you will be part of our dynamic Procurement organization, reporting directly to the Head of 3P Procurement. Your primary objective will be to contribute to the optimization of direct spend, ensuring top and bottom-line growth and net working capital reduction.

You will be based in Breda and will work independently, leveraging your initiative and persistence to drive success within cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing strategies for your portfolios to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Negotiate contracts with key suppliers to support procurement strategy and overall company results
  • Manage dedicated 3P projects such as NPD, outsourcing and make or buy analysis
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and sustainability

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement, preferably in a multi-country environment
  • Strong analytical, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Business proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated track record of successful projects
