About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist to join our team at Eurail B.V. As a key member of our Purchase Run team, you will be responsible for improving the Purchase Flow and enhancing the Newsletter to Purchase experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Improve the Purchase Flow: Utilize your expertise in Adobe Campaign to optimize the Purchase Flow and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Enhance the Newsletter to Purchase Experience: Develop and implement strategies to create engaging segmentations and offers, driving customer conversion and loyalty.
  • Convert Mandrill Transactional Emails to Adobe Campaign: Migrate our existing email infrastructure to Adobe Campaign, ensuring a unified and efficient email marketing platform.
  • Convert Newsletter Subscribers/Profiles into Customers: Develop and execute strategies to convert our newsletter subscribers into loyal customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively Suggest, Test, and Implement Improvements: Continuously analyze email performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate Internally to Optimize Data Sharing: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data sharing between systems, enabling informed decision-making and optimized email marketing campaigns.
  • Design and Execute Ad-Hoc Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Brainstorm with the Purchase Run Team: Collaborate with the Purchase Run team to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Improve Data Quality and Customer Segmentation: Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and customer segmentation, enabling personalized and effective email marketing campaigns.
  • Set Up and Maintain Customer Satisfaction Email Surveys: Design and implement email surveys to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, or CRM Marketing
  • 2-3 Years of Experience with Adobe Campaign
  • Higher Education in Digital, Communications, and/or International Business
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong Prioritization Skills and Ability to Work to Deadlines
  • Business-Level Fluency in English (Written and Spoken)
