We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and creating a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported in their shopping experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, including teas, accessories, and paper products, and be able to advise customers on their preferences.
- Conduct tea tastings and events in the store, showcasing our products and creating a memorable experience for customers.
- Network and build relationships with customers, recognizing the value of an engaged community.
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Participate in tea training and further education to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- Professional experience in retail, gastronomy, or the lifestyle sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Empathetic and consistently positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Fluency in Dutch, with English as a plus.
- Ability to work 38 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends.
