About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at DEPT. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure high-performing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and custom development.
  • Build solutions by leveraging Apex, Salesforce Flow, and Lightning web components from design through testing and deployment.
  • Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce functionalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and objectives.
  • Configure and implement Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and best practices.
  • Experience with implementing custom solutions based on declarative tools (like flow).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • At least 1 Salesforce certification: (advanced) Admin and/or Platform App Builder preferably complemented with a consultant certification.
  • Experience with implementing and supporting Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Working proficiency in the English language.
