About the Role

Rambus is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our global customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our digital delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough research and analysis to identify potential export compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of digital products to customers worldwide.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, delivery status, and product configurations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through email and other digital channels.
  • Work closely with technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, international relations, or a related field).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technology company with a focus on digital delivery and customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
