Learning Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Architect to join our team at Marel. As a Learning Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our complex learning infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with our HR suite Workday and other systems.

• Design and implement learning infrastructure, including LMS, LXP, content platforms, and software tools.
• Develop and manage processes for using the learning infrastructure, ensuring global alignment and standardization.
• Collaborate with L&D Administrators, Global L&D managers, and HR IT team to create optimal learning experiences for employees.
• Provide consulting and training to Learning and Development professionals and stakeholders on optimal use of the learning infrastructure.

Our team is a small, ambitious group of global professionals located in several European countries. As a Learning Architect, you will have one direct colleague and report to the Global Learning and Development Manager. You will work closely with the HR IT team and L&D admin community.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, IT, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive Learning architect/system experience.
• Knowledge of relevant developments in the Learning systems discipline.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal.
