Bristol-Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines that help patients overcome life-threatening diseases. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Leiden, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform QA shopfloor activities to ensure manufacturing compliance with applicable procedures and batch records.
  • Review manufacturing batch records and logbooks in real-time to identify and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality processes, including material disposition, change control, product complaints, deviations, investigations, and CAPA management.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree required; relevant college or university degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-5 years relevant work experience, with at least 1-3 years in a Quality Assurance role.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
