We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Employee to join our team at AS Watson in Oosterhout. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for picking orders and ensuring timely delivery to our stores.
As a Warehouse Employee, you will work in a fast-paced environment, using a pump truck and headset to collect orders and build pallets. You will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for supplying all Kruidvat stores in Belgium.
We offer a competitive hourly wage, shift allowances, and a travel allowance. You will also have the opportunity to work in a international team where English is the working language.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking orders using a pump truck and headset
- Building pallets and ensuring accurate quantities and items
- Working in a team to ensure timely delivery to stores
- Using basic math skills to manage inventory and orders
- Physical fitness to lift light and heavy boxes
Requirements
- Living in the Netherlands with own accommodation
- Having own transportation due to working hours
- Accuracy, proactivity, and being a good team player
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in working hours from Monday to Saturday
Benefits
- Gross hourly wage of €14.74 (including ADV allowance up to 35 hours per week)
- Shift allowance of 25% on weekdays between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM
- Shift allowance of 30% on Saturdays between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer (starting from 10 kilometers)
- Pension scheme from the first working day
